Service framework
Wholesale Camping Equipment Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe an independent buyer-side sourcing coordination service. The service helps organize requirements, approach possible suppliers, compare stated quotation scope, and track procurement questions. It does not sell inventory, manufacture goods, act as a laboratory or certification body, guarantee supplier performance, provide legal or regulatory advice, or make a purchasing decision for the buyer.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer supplies accurate intended use, product configuration, materials, dimensions, variants, quantities, destination, timing, packaging, budget context, and requested evidence. The buyer determines suitability, obtains specialist review where required, confirms commercial terms, and approves samples, documents, and production decisions.
Supplier information
Supplier identity, factory status, capacity, MOQ, availability, prices, timing, production route, documents, tests, certifications, approvals, and performance statements remain supplier representations subject to verification. A product-family statement does not establish exact-item status.
Quotation comparison
Comparisons are meaningful only after currency, quantity basis, configuration, included components, packaging, tooling, samples, testing, freight, taxes if stated, destination charges, validity, and exclusions are aligned. No lowest-price, fixed saving, delivery, or procurement outcome is promised.
Requests and communication
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract or guarantee a response. Requirements may need clarification before possible supplier outreach. Buyers should not send confidential information they are not authorized to disclose.
Benefit eligibility
FREE sourcing support and any benefit up to 3% apply only to qualified business buyers. Eligibility is confirmed after review of product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements; no fixed discount or universal entitlement is offered.
Changes
The applicable terms are those presented when the service is used. Material changes to the buyer brief or supplier proposal may require renewed review.
